• Eligibility for US Figure Skating competitions, exhibitions and ice shows
• Eligibility to participate in DMFSC sponsored ice shows (including solo performances), workshops, test sessions and seminars
• Participation in club social events including parades, family picnic, etc.
• Privilege to purchase a DMFSC club jacket

Important Membership Note: Skaters under the age of 18 must join with an adult under the family membership. This applies for associate memberships as well.

There are two ways to complete your membership.

1. You may complete the online Membership Form and submit your payment through our Membership Fee Page.
2. To download and print a paper form, please click here. Printed forms along with payment can be mailed to DMFSC, P.O. Box 942, Johnston, IA 50131. Please make checks payable to Des Moines Figure Skating Club and note “membership fee” in the memo line.
